After completing his Mechanical Engg, he entered into D.G.Business in 1987 with the company name M/s Ghatge Karkera Power Industries along with Mr. M. V Ghatge. He started his carrier as Authorised O.E.M for M/s. Kirloskar Cummins Ltd and KOEL. After a decades he shifted to Ashok Leyland Brand as their Authorised O.E.M for manufacturing and marketing of Silent Generating Sets. Ghatge Karkera is right now the Oldest OEA of Ashok Leyland across India which is know for it's Quality and Realability
After completing his Electrical Engineering & MBA in Global Strategic Management he has joined the Business as - Director Marketing Head. He also looks after channelizing the dealer network and training the sales force for execution of new strategies.He has been in this Industry completely since 2007 and has a good knowledge on product sales and quality. He believes in team performance and not individual performance hence team building is what he believes in
